In August of 2009 we organised a fund raising trip with the 2 Pirate ships to raise funds for the Community Rescue Service. The trip took us 4 days to sail across the lough, down the River Bann and around the coast to meet up with the Tall Ships in Belfast, you can see the routre outlined in the map below. We stopped of in as many ports and towns as we could along the way and rattled a few buckets. It turned out to be a great trip and were meet in Belfast by quite a large crowd, ended up doing radio interviews and we were on most of the evenings local news as well.
